I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 2004, but my approach has never been about simply putting a sign in the yard or opening a few doors. I believe people deserve honest advice, clear communication, and an experienced agent who will tell them what they need to know—not just what they want to hear.
Before settling in Merritt Island, I lived in several Florida communities, including Daytona Beach, Clearwater, Orlando, Sanford, Ormond Beach, and Port Orange. That experience gave me a genuine understanding of what it is like to relocate, learn a new area, and find the place that finally feels like home. Today, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout Merritt Island, Cocoa, Cocoa
Beach, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge, Melbourne, Viera, Titusville, and communities across Florida’s Space Coast.
Over the years, I have counseled first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, relocating families, investors, and sellers facing difficult situations. I have had particular success with homes that previously failed to sell. I have found that many so-called “unsellable” homes do not need empty promises—they need a better strategy, stronger positioning, honest pricing advice, and an agent willing to do the work.
My clients also benefit from programs designed to remove some of the uncertainty and frustration from real estate. These include my Easy Exit Listing Agreement, no-upfront-cost approach for sellers, and my commitment that buyer clients will never pay my commission.
I grew up on a farm in Maryland and began working in my family’s businesses at a young age. That is where I learned the value of hard work, loyalty, honesty, and doing what you say you are going to do. Those principles still guide the way I conduct business today.
Outside of real estate, I am an author, podcaster, lifelong Parrot Head, Jeep enthusiast, and proud dog dad. I have been rescuing dogs since I was 19, and supporting local businesses, animal-friendly places, and the Space Coast community is an important part of both my personal life and my business.
